Credit union members have the right to:
1) participate in the management of the Credit Union, elect and be elected to the management bodies of the Credit Union;
2) submit proposals for consideration by the management bodies of the Credit Union;
3) use financial and other services provided to members of the Credit Union in accordance with the Charter;
4) to receive information about the activities of the Credit Union free of charge, to get acquainted with the Statute, minutes of the General Meeting of Credit Union members, decisions of the Supervisory Board of the Credit Union, as well as other documents specified by the Statute and internal documents of the Credit Union, taking into account the legislation of Ukraine on the protection of personal data and on ensuring the confidentiality of financial services;
5) receive income for their share contribution in the manner established by law and the Statute;
6) withdraw from the membership of the Credit Union in accordance with the procedure provided for by law and the Statute;
7) contact the Credit Union on any issues of its activities;
8) appeal the decision of the Credit Union in court;
9) other rights provided for by the legislation of Ukraine and the Statute.
